About the Role…
We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our growing team on a permanent basis to be located in Canberra. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for training, developing and leading a team of consultants to ensure high standards of clinical consulting services are delivered and achieved. The role would be involved in developing and maintaining an experienced team.
You will have support from the Managing Director, Head of Client Relations and multidisciplinary team, who have a focus on:
People
You will be empowered to make your own decisions on direction and have autonomy to influence the ACT office and further recruitment for your team. The position would also be the escalation point for complex cases, as well as supporting the NSW State Manager in ensuring outstanding delivery standards for our clients
Growth
By continuously delivering high quality and targeted occupational rehabilitation services we have been able to build our network of relationships throughout Australia, with further growth and exciting opportunities expected.
Service
You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s sterling reputation for high quality service delivery with discipline specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives and case management.
Relationships
The role will also involve Relationship Management of our key clients based locally, so you will be supported closely by our Head of Client Relations.

- You have 5 years of experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry, leading a team or a strong desire to develop this.
- Have strong client focus and ability to build relationships with a range of people
- Are passionate about performance and delivery for existing clients
- Have a natural ability and enjoy building relationships with your customers
- Are a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist with an AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC/RCAA Registration
- You are able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
